General

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the service provider, Samantha Clark RAJALA, EI and the CLIENT, and apply to any offer and sale of goods or services. Any service performed by RAJALA implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of the buyer to the present general conditions of sale. If one of the of the present general conditions of sale should be null and void, the other clauses shall not be nullified. The fact that RAJALA does not apply at a given moment any article of the present conditions, cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to invoke the said general sales conditions at a later date.

1. Obligation of Parties

RAJALA undertakes to implement its services in compliance with of the rules of the trade, and within the deadlines agreed upon with the CLIENT ; RAJALA must provide clear information on the service provided in the quote or contract. The CLIENT acknowledges having received from RAJALA all the information and information and advice necessary for his or her engagement with RAJALA.

2. CLIENT Commitment

To enable RAJALA to carry out its mission in the best possible conditions conditions, the CLIENT undertakes to :

3. RAJALA Commitment & Confidentiality

• If necessary, RAJALA may intervene in the development of the specifications, jointly with the CLIENT.
• RAJALA undertakes to inform the CLIENT regularly and effectively of the progress of the project, in particular through validations submitted to the CLIENT.
• As a matter of confidentiality, and for the entire duration of the present contract and even after its termination for any reason whatsoever, RAJALA undertakes to keep strictly confidential all information and documents of any nature whatsoever relating to the CLIENT, to which it has access. relating to the CLIENT, to which it may have had access in the context of the the execution of the present mission.
• 4. Contractual Process

• RAJALA shall notify its CLIENT, within a reasonable period of time, for any request. RAJALA’s general terms and conditions of sale are issued at the same time as the quote. They are also available on request.
• The quote constitutes a legal and financial commitment by the parties once it has been dated, signed and returned to RAJALA by the CLIENT, and accompanied by payment of the deposit, if applicable.

• The deadline for completion of the order is defined in the specifications attached to the quote and signed by the CLIENT.

5. Financial Conditions

• Prices are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are denominated in euros and calculated exclusive of tax (HT).
• Total or partial failure to pay within one month of the expiry of the payment terms shall automatically and without prior notice of default: immediate payment of all sums remaining due by the CLIENT under the contract, increased by three times the the legal interest rate in force ; the suspension of all services in progress without prior notice and without prejudice to RAJALA’s right to terminate the contract as stipulated in the article “termination” of the present general conditions of sale.

6. Methods of Payment

• Unless otherwise specified, invoices will be sent through French PayPal.
• If a bank transfer is made, title of the transfer to include : Samantha Clark RAJALA.
• Cash payment of euros is accepted for amounts less than 200 €.
• 7.Additional Costs

• Any miscellaneous items that may be necessary for the performance of RAJALA’s services and that are not covered by its offers are not included in the prices indicated. These include, for example, supplies needed for workshops or rituals in ceremonies.
• Travel and expenses involved in such travel, necessary for the proper performance of the contract, may also be invoiced to the CLIENT.
• Any additional costs to be approved by the CLIENT before the costs are incurred.
• 8.Termination

• If the CLIENT terminates the contract before its term, the CLIENT formally undertakes to settle and pay the amounts relating to the current schedule, to items completed or in progress, and to services as well as to additional services performed.
• The source files and data created and used by RAJALA cannot be claimed by the CLIENT without full financial compensation.
• If RAJALA waives her commitment to a project, CLIENT to be refunded double the deposit, unless compensation for work performed is unpaid by CLIENT.
• 9.Publicity and Use of Works + Audio + Images
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the CLIENT, RAJALA reserves the right to the right to mention the work carried out for the CLIENT on its external communication and advertising documents (website, brochures, etc.).
• RAJALA gives permission for its works to be reproduced, recorded, and use of images by the CLIENT that were produced for the CLIENT under contract.

10. Personal Data

11. Disputes
